We cleared brush from 4.8 miles of trail all together, removed 2 large rocks, repaired 30 yards of tread, cut one fallen tree and trimmed several others, and built 5 rock cairns.  

WMHCTA works to improve recreation trails within the Wallowa Mountains and Hells Canyon areas, making trails more accessible and safe for all. WMHCTA also seeks to protect and provide stewardship for cultural resources on public lands. These activities are done in cooperation with the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest.
