Itinerary: Temporary repair of gulley washout on east side of pass. Repair shale rockslide for half mile west of Polaris Pass. Log out from pass down Polaris Pass and W. Fork to Six Mile Meadow.

Gear Packing List: Early summer-hot conditions with periods of intense sun exposure and variable weather.

Difficulty Rating: 5 Strenuous: Hiking is done over difficult and exposed terrain over multiple days.
Hike: 5 Strenuous: Brushing, crosscut work, chainsaw work, rock removal, bridge building, other work over difficult terrain.
Project Work: 5/5 Strenuous: -- Creek Crossings, Scree/Talus, Low Water Availability, Heat/Prolonged Sun Exposure. Primary work in steep, exposed sidehill with loose talus footing. Work will involve tread tools and moving of large quantity of rock material. No water availability at two primary work sites. Base camps will be some distance from work sites and involve daily hiking to work site.
