Project Calendar
Trail projects include single-day trips as well as multi-day overnight excursions. Some trips offer the option to use stock. To participate in these trips, membership is required. For information on joining WMHCTA, please click here.
By working on trail projects, members build lasting friendships, become part of a vibrant trail community, and acquire valuable outdoor skills that positively impact local trails.

Itinerary: This is a one day project leaving from the Joseph Public parking lot next to Winding Waters Rafting at 7:00 am. Carpooling available. Light treadwork and brushing.
Devil’s Gulch Trail
Project Name: Devil’s Gulch Trail Project

Area: Little Sheep Creek/Imnaha HWY 350

Itinerary: This is a one day project leaving from the Joseph Public parking lot next to Winding Waters Rafting at 9:00 am. Carpooling available. Brushing and light logout.
Saddle Creek-High Trail

Area: Hells Canyon Nat’l Recreation Area

Itinerary: This stock supported trip will camp along the High Trail on the Hell’s Canyon side, working down along Saddle Creek Trail to the Snake River.
