Project Trail Map: Freezeout Project Map
Itinerary: This trip will start at the Freezeout Trailhead. We will be working to clear logs and brush a number of trails within the 2022 Double Creek Fire perimeter. Participants can choose to attend for a single day or multiple days, either base camping at the trailhead or backpacking in to Mark’s Cabin, depending on what is convenient for them.

Bring your own food and the ability to filter water.
Gear Packing List: Fall Conditions Cool to chilly conditions with variable weather. Long Sleeves and pants, work/hiking boots. Car camping/backpacking gear if intending to stay multiple days

You should have experience outdoors and be in good hiking condition with broken-in and tested gear. This is a remote backcountry project, so sprains, blisters, or fatigue can quickly become a safety issue.
